Confidence and self-esteem are traits that ready us for life experiences!
They improve the beliefs we have about our own abilities, boost communication skills, strengthen relationships, maintain our mental-health and even determine later in life success. These are certainly the sorts of traits we want to nurture and support in the children we parent, care for and teach.
Join us as we explore the potential of these traits, practical ways to boost both your own self-assurance, and ways to encourage the development of confidence and self-esteem in children.

- How confidence and self-esteem relate to mental health.
- Various skills and techniques to support children in boosting their confidence and self-esteem.
