We all know that children are full of energy!
Sometimes, we wonder where all that excitement, momentum, and enthusiasm comes from. But some children are on the more intense end of the energy spectrum and they can be tiring to interact with and sometimes frustrating to manage. Rather than growing irritated by a child’s natural exuberance, you can learn ways to interact with them that work for both of you.
Join us for this essential training to learn techniques to help you with challenging energy levels of children and how best to work with and actually enjoy them!
This 40-minute training is designed for parents, caregivers, teachers, and school personnel.
In this training, you will learn about:
- What high-energy means and what is developmentally appropriate activity level for young children
- The possible reasons and causes of high-energy for each child
- Ways and strategies to help high energy children calm down
